POLICIES

Hotel: Attendees who do not stay at least two nights at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando pay a $200 surcharge to receive their CME certificate and post-meeting lecture access.

Refunds: Registration refunds are available through May 1, 2027, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds after May 1, 2027.

Deadlines: Early registration closes May 1, 2027. The hotel room block closes May 12, 2027.
